This research aims to see the effect of transformational leadership on performance organization in office Border Management Department Regional Secretariat Karimun Regency mediated by Inovasi. study is a quantitative that uses sample 60 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 2.0 software.
